AppSolidaire
Your data

Privacy policy

The short version: we collect the bare minimum needed to deliver your purchase, we sell nothing to anyone, and our apps keep your data on your device.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

What we collect (and why)

  • Your email, at the time of purchase — to send you your access code and to find you again if you lose that email.
  • Your order details (product, amount, cause supported, date) — to deliver your code, honour the payout to the cause and keep exact books.
  • A device counter per access code (just a number, maximum 5) — to enforce the licence, without identifying your devices.

That's it. No account to create, no password, no profile.

What we don't do

  • No ads, no advertising trackers on the platform.
  • We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
  • Your payment card never passes through our servers — it is handled directly by Stripe.

What about inside the apps?

Our apps (Budgio, Mangio, Habitatio, Garagio, Marée…) are “local-first”: what you enter in them (your budget, your recipes, your cycle tracking, your house, your car) stays on your device and is sent nowhere. We have no access to it — that is on purpose, and it matters especially for sensitive data like Marée's.

Who we work with

Three technical providers, chosen to deliver the service — each one receives only what it needs:

  • Stripe — the payment (card, amount, receipt email).
  • Resend — sending the email that contains your code.
  • Supabase and Vercel — the database and the site hosting.

These services may store data outside Quebec (in particular in the United States), with standard contractual protections.

Retention

We keep orders and access codes for as long as your licence is active — your code is your key, and we have to be able to recognize it years from now. Groups see their sales (amount, date, source), but never the buyers' email.

Your rights (Loi 25, Quebec)

You can ask at any time for access to the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted (subject to our accounting obligations). One address, a real person at the other end: bonjour@appsolidaire.com. It is also the address of the person in charge of the protection of personal information.
